| The duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Coach for Women’s Ice Hockey are to assist the Head Coach in the management and administration of a Division I Women’s Hockey program. The core responsibilities of the Assistant Coach are to recommend, implement and execute a successful recruiting philosophy and strategy to ensure student-athletes are committed and engaged academically, athletically, and socially. In addition, the Assistant Coach is responsible for preparing student-athletes both on and off the ice with instruction of an academic and personal nature. The Assistant Coach will also serve as coordinator for position-specific players and will assist in the development of all position players. |
