| The Sr. Major Gift Officer will serve as the Sr. Director of Development for the School of Science and is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive advancement program to secure philanthropic resources for the top priority projects of the Institute and the school. This person will work cooperatively and collegially with members of the Institute’s Central Advancement Office, to effectively build successful fund-raising programs for the school. |

| The Annual Giving Officer is primarily responsible for the Patroon Volunteer Program and Reunion Giving programs. The officer's responsibilities include recruiting and training new volunteers for Annual Giving, with the aim of expanding the pool of active volunteer solicitors and cultivating a pipeline of individuals for potential leadership roles. The officer will be soliciting gifts of $2,500 and above. |

Administrative Coordinator

| The Administrative Coordinator assists the Assistant Vice President of Regional Development and provides administrative and operational support to all Regional Development Directors. This includes managing scheduling, budgeting, correspondence, travel arrangements, expenses, event planning, reporting and database maintenance. The Administrative Coordinator will also serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the advancement enterprise. |

Alumni Engagement Officer

| The Alumni Engagement Officer is responsible for developing and managing a variety of alumni programs, specifically chapter programs and activities for Rensselaer alumni, parents, and friends. These activities include chapter leadership and volunteer committee development and succession planning, development of regional alumni events, and event-planning and coordination with IA staff. The Engagement Officer manages assigned affinity areas and will support the portfolios philanthropic goals. |
