The incumbent conducts data and trend analyses; bench marking/research; and related costing models. The Compensation Analyst creates reports as required and makes recommendations to the Director in support of Rensselaer’s compensation and employment operations for faculty and staff.

The incumbent serves as a resource for students, and reviews Institute policies as they affect disability services. The duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Coach for Men’s Ice Hockey are to assist the Head Coach in the management and administration of a Division I Men’s Hockey program. The core responsibilities of the Assistant Coach are to recommend, implement and execute a successful recruiting philosophy and strategy to ensure student-athletes are committed and engaged academically, athletically, and socially. In addition, the Assistant Coach is responsible for preparing student-athletes both on and off the ice with instruction of an academic and personal nature.
