| The Director of Student Rights, Responsibilities and Conduct is responsible for the administration of all aspects of the Institute’s student conduct process. Reporting to the Associate Vice President/ Dean of Students, the Director provides guidance to members of the university community regarding students’ rights and responsibilities. The Director is responsible for the fair and consistent application of policies and procedures to students’ behavior to ensure a community that respects the dignity and right of all persons to reach their highest potential. This position also develops programs and services that promote student safety and success, the pursuit of knowledge, respect for self and others, global citizenship, personal accountability and integrity, and the development of personal ethics in our students. |

The work is based at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as part of the Fashion Innovation Center (FIC).
