The Lead Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for planning, performing, and overseeing the work of a skilled team of industrial and institutional tradespeople across a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks. In addition, this role serves as acting Shop Supervisor in the Supervisor’s absence and participates in the on-call rotation in accordance with established procedures.
