The Assistant Dean for Student Success and Belonging is responsible for providing leadership and direction of Student Success initiatives. The Assistant Dean collaborates with other portfolio areas throughout Student Life and across the Institute to advance efforts to foster the academic success for underrepresented minority students. The Assistant Dean provides leadership in developing and implementing programs and policies, which support the Institute’s vision for the recruitment, matriculation, success, and graduation of students who come from underrepresented backgrounds.

The Director of Student Activities develops and directs comprehensive student involvement and activities programs that inspire school spirit, amplify the RPI student experience, and support the unique student-staff partnership that characterizes the operation of the Rensselaer Union.

The Operations Specialist is responsible for responding to financial aid inquiries from prospective and current students and families as well as assisting in creating and updating student financial aid records.
Ensemble Coordinator (Part-Time, Fall 2024 Semester)	Troy, NY
The fixed term Ensemble Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the large musical ensembles at Rensselaer, which include the Rensselaer Orchestra, Concert Choir, and Wind Symphony. The Ensemble Coordinator will also serve as piano accompanist for the Rensselaer Concert Choir. Attendance at evening rehearsals is required as well as concerts for the large ensembles. This appointment runs from August or September through December 31, 2024 and will require an average of 20 hours per week.
Director, Marketing & Fan Engagement	Troy, NY
The Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement manages the Institution's athletic marketing programs and collaborates with Institutional staff on annual signature events (i.e. Homecoming & Reunion, Family Weekend, etc.). The Director is responsible for both print and digital marketing campaigns that support revenue generation and publicity across all 23 RPI Athletics teams. Additionally, the Director manages the game-day event operations for all home football and hockey contests.
