| The Technical Manager is responsible for managing the Mechanical, Aerospace, and Nuclear Engineering (MANE) Department’s research and teaching laboratory safety program, strategic planning for MANE’s instructional and research labs and supervising technical staff. The Technical Manager is also responsible for providing academic and technical support to students, faculty and staff. |

| The Department of Mechanical, Aerospace, and Nuclear Engineering (MANE) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) invites applications for a full-time Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, or Professor of Practice in Aerospace Engineering. The successful candidate will contribute to the department's teaching mission by delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, and participating in departmental, institute, and professional service activities. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, space vehicle design, space navigation, space structures and control, space environments, and human factors. Candidates with expertise in other aerospace engineering disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
