Job Summary
|
The Executive Assistant will support the Chief Strategy Officer and assist in the growth of the Strategy office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
|
Minimum Qualifications
|
Associate's Degree and five (5) or more years of proven experience as an executive assistant to a senior executive, or in a similar administrative role.
Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.
|

|
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. • Strong research and analytical skills. • Detail-oriented and proactive. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.

Business Hours with weekends or evenings occasionally required
This position offers the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule with time divided between work from home and work from office.

Starting Salary/Rate
|
Expected hiring range: $70,000 - $80,000
Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate’s salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials. This hiring range is provided as Rensselaer’s good faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting.
