Assistant Dean, Student Success and Belonging	Troy, NY
The Assistant Dean for Student Success and Belonging is responsible for providing leadership and direction of Student Success initiatives. The Assistant Dean collaborates with other portfolio areas throughout Student Life and across the Institute to advance efforts to foster the academic success for underrepresented minority students. The Assistant Dean provides leadership in developing and implementing programs and policies, which support the Institute’s vision for the recruitment, matriculation, success, and graduation of students who come from underrepresented backgrounds.
Counselor I / Counselor II	Troy, NY
The Counselor will facilitate the normal developmental process of Rensselaer students and assist students whose normal developmental process is being impeded by adjustment problems and other disorders. The Counselor will work with students individually and in groups, as well as proactively work with the Rensselaer Community to create an environment that will allow students to maximize their personal growth. This position will also develop and implement mental health prevention and education programs.
