Associate Dean, Intervention and Support Troy, NY
The Associate Dean of Student Intervention and Support providis support and leadership to the student intervention network through incident intervention, and case management oversight usingthe Maxient database. The Associate Dean supports each team in their regular meetings, and responds to student concerns and complaints reported through the online centralized reporting portal. The incumbent will supervise and instruct students in the operation of equipment conducted in assigned instructional laboratories and provide instructional support, technical expertise and project advising to students. The Career Counselor provides career counseling and advice to all undergraduate and graduate students such that CLASS, Arch, and the Cooperative Education Program are fully supported. The Career Counselor serves as the CCPD liaison to the School of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (HASS). The Career Counselor also serves as the CCPD’s CLASS point person for the freshmen class. This position will serve as the marketing coordinator for inter-office communication needs.
