| The Executive Assistant in the Student Experience portfolio manages the daily operations and provides comprehensive administrative support to the Office of the Vice Provost for Student Experience. Under limited supervision, this position ensures the smooth functioning of the division, contributing to the advancement of the student experience. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders, effectively representing the Vice Provost in communications and addressing a variety of issues and concerns as they arise. The Executive Assistant handles an array of events and special projects and demonstrates exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to support the Vice Provost for Student Experience’s strategic goals and objectives. |

Athletic Facilities, Equipment, and Operations Coordinator

| The Athletic Equipment & Facilities Specialist will issue and keep records of athletic equipment, make minor repairs to equipment and maintenance of laundry operations. The Athletic Equipment & Facilities Specialist is responsible for courteous guest relations to visiting teams and officials and will ensure visitors are comfortable and familiar with the building and sport-specific arena, visitors/officials locker rooms and athletic equipment needed for the event. |

The Counselor will work with students individually and in groups, as well as proactively work with the Rensselaer Community to create an environment that will allow students to maximize their personal growth. This position will also develop and implement mental health prevention and education programs. |
