The Assistant Dean for Student Success and Belonging is responsible for providing leadership and direction of Student Success initiatives. The Assistant Dean collaborates with other portfolio areas throughout Student Life and across the Institute to advance efforts to foster the academic success for underrepresented minority students. The Assistant Dean provides leadership in developing and implementing programs and policies, which support the Institute’s vision for the recruitment, matriculation, success, and graduation of students who come from underrepresented backgrounds. |

Director, Marketing & Fan Engagement

The Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement manages the Institution's athletic marketing programs and collaborates with Institutional staff on annual signature events (i.e. Homecoming & Reunion, Family Weekend, etc.). The Director is responsible for both print and digital marketing campaigns that support revenue generation and publicity across all 23 RPI Athletics teams. Additionally, the Director manages the game-day event operations for all home football and hockey contests. |
Associate Director, Research Computing

The Associate Director, Research Computing provides leadership and vision for the development, support and maintenance of campus research computing and cloud services, including high performance and quantum computing. This also includes customer support for system enhancements and day-to-day operations for users, system integration, and development/rollout of technical solutions. |
