Job Summary |
The Senior Financial Analyst, Investment and Treasury Operations will support the Assistant VP for Investment Operations and Treasurer in effectively overseeing RPI’s investment, cash management, and debt programs. The Sr. Analyst will also work closely with the Financial Reporting team to ensure the appropriate accounting and reporting of relevant responsibilities and activities. The Sr Analyst is responsible for coordinating with external advisors and partners to ensure all daily back-office activities are handled appropriately, reviewing external performance and activity reporting to ensure processes are performed effectively and efficiently, assist Institute Advancement and other relevant teams as required on endowment matters, and liaison with auditors for the financial statement and pension plan audits. |
Minimum Qualifications |
Bachelor's Degree in Five years of experience in financial analysis in support of endowment management including gift receipt trends, spend practices, and knowledge of industry best practices.
Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered. |

Starting Salary/Rate |
Expected hiring range: $ 75,000 - $100,000 Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate’s salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials. This hiring range is provided as Rensselaer’s good faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting. |
