Job Summary |
The Sr. Business Manager is responsible for the budget management for the Student Experience portfolio. The manager provides oversight of business operations, finance, and budget, and oversees all fiscal protocols. The manager supervises and serves as a resource to department level business staff to ensure consistent practices that comply with Institute and Portfolio guidelines. In collaboration with the Manager, Administrative Operations, manage the Division of Student Experience’s hiring process to ensure that all institute policies are being followed. Represent the portfolio on business affairs to the Rensselaer Community and act as a central point of contact for the financial affairs of the Division of Student Experience. |

Starting Salary/Rate |
Expected hiring range: $100,000 - $105,000 Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate’s salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials. This hiring range is provided as Rensselaer’s good faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting. |
