Job Summary: |
Assistant Coach, Women's Lacrosse provides coaching and administrative assistance to the Head Coach. Oversee one or more specified areas of a sporting discipline or a component of a team, and assist the Head Coach with all aspects of recruitment and training of athletes. |

Minimum Qualifications: |
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum Experience: One (1) year experience specific to Lacrosse. Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered. |
|
Preferred Qualifications: |
Valid driver's license preferred for occasional recruiting, team travel, and other Athletics-related responsibilities. |
|

Representative Job Duties: |
|
|
Shift: |
Primarily business hours. Regular evening and weekend hours are required during the competitive season to support practices, competitions, recruiting activities, team travel, and other Athletics events. |
|
Travel: |
Occasional overnight travel (10% or less) may be required for team competition, recruiting, conferences, professional development, and other Athletics-related activities. |
|
Driving: |
Incidental driving may occur for recruiting, team travel, or other Athletics-related activities; however, driving is not an essential function of the position. |
|
Starting Salary/Rate: |
Expected hiring range: $16.75 Additional Benefit: Institute-owned housing may be available for this position based on operational needs and institutional approval. Depending on the circumstances, the value of the housing may be treated as taxable income in accordance with IRS requirements. Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate’s salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials.
