The Athletics Alumni Events Coordinator will provide direct support to the Athletic Director. The coordinator will collaborate with Institutional Advancement (IA) staff to ensure alumni events within the athletics department are designed and executed within the vision of both divisions (IA and Athletics). The coordinator will assist with special Alumni projects as assigned by the Athletic Director or other Senior members of the Athletic Staff ensuring short-term, annual giving goals are met in alignment with the mission of the Institute.

The CAO will be a key member of the President’s Cabinet, responsible for guiding operational strategy, promoting a high-performing culture, and fostering collaboration across academic and administrative units. The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of senior leadership experience in complex institutions—preferably in higher education, nonprofit, or public sectors—and a track record of driving change, operational excellence, and inclusive leadership. This full-time role is based in Troy, New York.

The Associate Vice Provost (AVP) is a key member of the Student Experience leadership team and plays a vital role in setting the strategic direction for Student Health and Wellness. The AVP proactively addresses opportunities and challenges, manages resources, formulates policies, and builds essential relationships with academic and administrative colleagues. The AVP will work closely with a range of stakeholders to cultivate an environment that prioritizes student well-being and will have direct oversight of the Student Health Center, Student Counseling and Psychological Services, and Case Management, fostering programs and services that contribute to a holistic and healthy campus culture. The AVP oversees the Student Health Insurance Plan and partners with the Athletics Department on supervision of athletic trainers.
