The NORDTECH Hub has a collection of distributed tooling and process capabilities provided by NORDTECH prototyping and core facilities. As the Facility Coordinator for the NORDTECH Hub, you coordinate facility activities within the NORDTECH community, and develop and maintain detailed knowledge of all capabilities at the prototyping and core facility sites in order to serve as a Hub subject matter expert.

Sr. Prospect Research Analyst Troy, NY
The Sr. Prospect Research Analyst conducts in-depth data analysis and research, evaluates and summarizes financial information, and prepares reports and briefings for principal and major gift officers and senior leadership. The Analyst identifies high-level prospects and donors, creates detailed dossiers, and directs division-wide staff to maintain accurate, up-to-date records. Additionally, the analyst takes part in strategy development plans related to key prospects. The Analyst assists in onboarding and/or training of staff and works with Institute Advancement’s (IA) research analysts to review deliverables, provide feedback to ensure accuracy and uniformity of content. The Analyst partners with staff, as well as developers and consultants, to conceptualize database reporting tools and exports. The Analyst also provides leadership in building out these tools and exports by designing report layouts, selecting key data points, providing feedback, identifying issues, and finding solutions.

This part-time Executive Housekeeper position involves performing a variety of housekeeping duties at the residence of the President of Rensselaer, adhering to established standards and procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining the home's cleanliness and organization, periodically inventorying supplies and equipment, and investigating new cleaning tools and making recommendations to the House Manager. Candidates must be comfortable with dogs, as the home is pet-friendly with two resident dogs, and occasional pets from visitors and family. The Manager of Campaign and Special Projects, reporting to the Associate Vice President of Development and Campaign Director (Associate Vice President), serves as a project manager for Rensselaer’s Comprehensive Campaign. The Campaign Manager is responsible for monitoring campaign performance, overseeing campaign reporting, preparing campaign timelines and coordinating the volunteer campaign structure. The Campaign Manager also supports the Associate Vice President and the Vice President of Institute Advancement in the preparation of campaign activity and campaign reports for university leadership including the university’s Board of Trustees.
