  • Repairer, Rensselaer Tech Park in Troy, NY

    The Repairer performs basic repair and maintenance assignments on facilities and equipment using a variety of trades such as, but not limited to, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, and masonry. The Repairer also works as a part of a team to complete larger scale renovations. The Repairer participates in on-call rotation for off-hour repairs in Technology Park offices, Pat’s Barn and tenant leased facilities.

  • Accountant (Hybrid) in various locations

    The accountant, working with the Bursar, will reconcile and monitor all student receivable, third party billing accounts and collection agency activity, as well as assist with federal and institute reporting requirements. The accountant is also responsible for supporting the Institute’s human resources and finance functions around employee fringe benefits and compliance. The incumbent will track and monitor fringe benefit usage, reconcile data, manage purchasing and invoices related to employee compliance, and assist with processes required for employees working outside of New York State.

  • Administrative Coordinator in Troy, NY

    The Administrative Coordinator assists the Director of Planned Gifts and provides administrative and operational support to the gift planning program. The Coordinator performs a variety of advanced administrative duties, including assisting with scheduling, correspondence, travel and events planning, file and database maintenance. This person will also serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies.

  • Award Administrator ( Hybrid or Remote ) in various locations

    The Award Administrator is responsible for reviewing and processing award related transactions which are received at RPI and processing an assigned portfolio of award setups and non-financial award transactions. The Award Administrator is responsible for accurate and timely customer service for the awards team, including sharing assignment of centralized inbox and ticketing system monitoring, triage, and assignment for awards at RPI.
