The Sr. Prospect Research Analyst conducts in-depth data analysis and research, evaluates and summarizes financial information, and prepares reports and briefings for principal and major gift officers and senior leadership. The Analyst identifies high-level prospects and donors, creates detailed dossiers, and directs division-wide staff to maintain accurate, up-to-date records. Additionally, the analyst takes part in strategy development plans related to key prospects. The Analyst assists in onboarding and/or training of staff and works with Institute Advancement’s (IA) research analysts to review deliverables, provide feedback to ensure accuracy and uniformity of content.
The Analyst partners with staff, as well as developers and consultants, to conceptualize database reporting tools and exports. The Analyst also provides leadership in building out these tools and exports by designing report layouts, selecting key data points, providing feedback, identifying issues, and finding solutions. |
