The Lead Athletic Field and Grounds Maintenance performs the duties of an Athletic Field Specialist, snow removal, equipment operations associated with the maintenance of the campus grounds, athletic fields and supports all campus wide events. Assists Supervisor with the planning and scheduling of the Institute’s landscaping and athletic field maintenance program. The Lead will support the athletic department with preparation of all contests, practices and special events and work in concert with other leads to support campus wide events. Serve as team leader for crew of assigned staff. Act on behalf of the Supervisor during their absence. |

The Gardener performs the duties of a Sr. Groundskeeper, including snow removal and equipment operations associated with the maintenance of the campus grounds, and supports all campus wide events. In addition, the Gardener assists with the design, installation and maintenance of campus landscapes and provides horticultural guidance. The incumbent also independently operates loaders and forklift, performs preventative maintenance of irrigation system and applies granular and/or liquid fertilizer to maintain healthy plant growth. |

The Analyst assists in onboarding and/or training of staff and works with Institute Advancement’s (IA) research analysts to review deliverables, provide feedback to ensure accuracy and uniformity of content.
The Analyst partners with staff, as well as developers and consultants, to conceptualize database reporting tools and exports. The Analyst also provides leadership in building out these tools and exports by designing report layouts, selecting key data points, providing feedback, identifying issues, and finding solutions. |
