Job Summary

The Manager of Admissions Marketing & Communications will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that support enrollment goals at RPI. This position plays a critical role in shaping prospective student engagement through integrated marketing campaigns, personalized communications, and data-driven strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field and at least five (5) years of experience in marketing and communications. 

Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

Marketing experience in higher education is preferred

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrated marketing planning skills and the ability to promote brands
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to pay attention to details, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to produce engaging content segmented for audiences.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast paced, rapidly changing environment and meet established goals and objectives

Preferred Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities

• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and its application to marketing strategies.

Starting Salary/Rate

Expected hiring range: $75,000 - $90,000

Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate’s salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials. This hiring range is provided as Rensselaer’s good faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting.
